NAMI Northeast Region PA offers the following support group meetings:

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who've been there.

Momma Bears is a Connections Recovery Support Group created for and led by individuals who have experienced pre- and post-partum mental health struggles.

All NAMI support groups are unique because they are all peer-led and follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need in a safe, judgement free space.  When you find NAMI you will know that You Are Not Alone!
