NAMI In The News
Talking about Self-Care
The holidays and winter can be especially difficult on mental health. Executive Director Marie Onukiavage had the opportunity to appear on WBRE's Newsmakers show, along with Jeannine Luby, founder of Laugh to Live, dedicated to promoting therapeutic laughter in late 2023.
Marie spoke with show hosts Andy Mehalshick and Jayne Ann Bugda about the importance of self-care.
